Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Education with specialization in Mathematics from an accredited university
-UAE Professional Teaching License
-IELTS Score of 6.5 (Academic)

-Experience of no less than 3 years in teaching
Job summary:
The Math Teacher is responsible for the provision of high quality Mathematics education in line with the DMES vision, mission, and core values. The Math Teacher is accountable for raising the levels of progress and attainment of students through the effective implementation of the California Common Core Standards (Mathematics). The Math Teacher fosters a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment that promotes inquiry, creativity, innovation, and enterprise. The Math Teacher provides age-appropriate and differentiated learning opportunities to cater for the individual needs and abilities of students, including students of determination and gifted and talented students. The Math Teacher designs authentic and standards-based assessments that enable students to actively demonstrate their competencies and skills against curriculum standards and international benchmarks. The Math Teacher facilitates 21st-century learning to lay the foundations for the holistic development, academic excellence, and lifelong learning in each and every individual student.
