Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Education commensurate with specialization in Islamic Education from an accredited university
-UAE Professional Teaching License
-IELTS Score of 6.5 (Academic)
Experience:
-Experience of no less than 3 years in teaching
Job summary:
The Islamic Studies B Teacher is responsible for the provision of high quality Islamic Education in line with the DMES vision, mission, and core values. The Islamic Studies B Teacher is accountable for raising the levels of progress and attainment of students through the effective implementation of the UAE Ministry of Education Standards. The Islamic Studies B Teacher fosters a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment that promotes inquiry, creativity, innovation, and enterprise. The Islamic Studies B Teacher provides age-appropriate and differentiated learning opportunities to cater for the individual needs and abilities of students, including students of determination and gifted and talented students. The Islamic Studies B Teacher designs authentic and standards based assessments that enable students to actively demonstrate their competencies and skills against curriculum standards and benchmarks. The Islamic Studies B Teacher facilitates 21st-century learning to lay the foundations for the holistic development, academic excellence, and lifelong learning in each and every individual student.
