Dubai Modern Education School started its preparatory journey in 2019 and has been granted the “Candidacy Status” in the same year. For almost three years, DMES worked tirelessly throughout the internal reflection process in preparation for the Virtual Evaluation Visit via the Standard Pathway. The Foundation Standards and corresponding indicators in the Standard Pathway are the core expectations for all NEASC Accredited international schools.

The Virtual Evaluation Visit was conducted by the NEASC-CIE Team on 7-11 November 2021. The three-year journey bring forth a hsitroic milestone for the school; the NEAS-CIE awarded Initial Accreditation to Dubai Modern Education School (US Curriculum) on 22^nd of December 2021. An extract from the official report said, “The Visitors also mentioned that the school has a welcoming, family feel and is led by a capable and willing leadership as well as a supportive Board. The school has benefited from stable leadership committed to effective development of strong, sustainable foundations.”
